Absolutely top rate! Steffanie recommended the home be painted and carpeting and flooring updated. She recommended contractors who all were excellent. She coordinated when they came and because of that, the house was ready to list quickly. That also made the burden on me minimal. I am sure that the price obtained was far more, exceeding the cost of improvements, than would have been obtained without doing them.
